The conference will bring together young researchers, clinical practitioners and eminent historians to debate the history of hospital infections. The meeting benefits from support by the Leverhulme and Wellcome Trust. Flurin Condrau will present on issues, actors and policies in infection control in British hospital, 1940-1970. He has been on the advisory board of a Leverhulme Trust funded interdisciplinary research project based at King's College, London, since 2014.
