My name is Patricia Hedinger and I have been working as an assistant doctor in the interdisciplinary emergency department at Hirslanden for the past year. I love the variety of my job and the different people I get to meet and talk to. But my interest in medicine goes beyond the practical clinical skills. Perhaps this stems from my previous studies in architecture, where I became interested in the complexity of our environment and the challenges and opportunities of different people living together. I hope to find more answers to the many questions in my head at the IBME.
