Short Bio

I'm currently employed at the University of Split School of Medicine (Split, Croatia) on a project funded by the Croatian Science Foundation (Grant Agreement No. IP-2019-04-4882 ). As a part of my PhD, I'm looking at the completeness of reporting of health systems guidance for the H1N1 and COVID-19 pandemics (published here); the levels of evidence behind said guidance for the COVID-19 pandemic; and the language of editorials on the healthcare response during both crises. The latter two projects are currently ongoing. I'm also working on several other projects to a varying degree (listed below).

Aside from that, I'm the co-chair of the Croatian Reproducibility Network, where I'm taking part in both research and educational activities, and the associate editor at ST-OPEN, our local university overlay+ journal. I also work as the sole owner of Empirica, through which I freelance as an editor, translator, and research consultant.
