IBME Researchers Contribute to Brocher Foundation Workshop on Toxic Information and Public Health

This week, IBME postdoctoral researchers Giovanni Spitale and Federico Germani are participating as invited experts at a workshop hosted by the Brocher Foundation in Geneva. Organized by Adam Henschke from the University of Twente, the event brings together leading scholars to discuss the impact of toxic information on public health.

Spitale and Germani will share insights from their research on infodemics and their  collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO) on social listening  and infodemic management. Their contributions aim to foster deeper understanding and develop strategies to counter the spread of harmful information and their impact on public health.
